M. Goodwin Associates was retained by the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for three distinct projects. The first was an initial study to asses the feasibility of the building and its nine-acre site. This initial study included a full due-diligence review and renovation cost estimate for the Allianz Building. The board acquired the Allianz site in 1999. In the interim we produced a separate study to assess the museum's expansion implications if Allianz were not a part of the Walker. In 2001 we provided a peer review of the architects' schematic design to help the board and staff understand the long-term implications of the design.
