| The Montalvo Arts Center retained MGA and Chu+Gooding Architects to assist them in developing a sound framework for the feasibility of renovating the historic 1911–1913 Villa Montalvo, which is on the National Register. We reviewed the historic status of the property, reviewed the facility expansion potential for the 45 acre site, and worked with the Montalvo Board to outline priorities for the renovation and expansion program. | |||
